Charlie McLoughlin

Charlie McLoughlin is a New Orleans native and has been doing makeup for 7 years. He first realized he had a passion for the art of makeup while studying Fine Art in college. During his journey of self discovery, Charlie landed a position with MAC Cosmetics which gave him an even greater appreciation for beauty makeup. He pays the most attention to detail and is attracted to everything flawless. Charlie is most inspired by diversity, glamour, fiction, and color. He has a keen eye for what’s next and is always learning and teaching something new.

When creating makeup of all forms, Charlie’s experience includes beauty, fashion, editorial, runway, body paint and television. Some of his work can be seen in French magazine I Heart, New Orleans, CUE magazine and Denim magazine. Other projects include Fashion Week Nola, Big Easy Roller Girls, and the New Orleans Voodoo Dolls.

He has a great listening ability that translates into the story of his makeup. For Charlie, he believes makeup should let you be who you really are. He is an extreme ball of fire and knows how to create an amazing experience.
